No, neither the donor nor the recipient area.
Who is the ideal candidate for this technique?

Is this procedure painful?
The procedure is not painful as it is performed under local anaesthesia.
However, patients may experience some discomfort and minor scabbing around the transplanted area, which should disappear after a few days and can be controlled with regular painkillers.
How many follicles can be extracted?
It depends on the density of hair in the donor area. It is not recommended for large areas, with a maximum of 2,500 follicles.
How long does the procedure take?
Between 8 and 10 hours, depending on the number of follicles.
Will there be any scars?
No. Unlike other techniques, FUE does not leave any scars.
Is the transplanted hair permanent?
Yes. They grow like the rest of your hair and do not fall out again.
When will I see the results?
You will be able to see the approximate result on the same day. Over the course of several months, the density and thickness of the hair will improve.
When will I be able to return to my normal life?
Practically the next day. The hair covers the areas where the operation was performed.
