We offer two options:
exclusive shaving of the donor area or shaving using microstrips, windows or patches, leaving the recipient area untouched. One of the few clinics in Spain specialising in hair transplants without the need to shave the recipient area.
With this technique, it is not necessary to shave the entire head, but only to partially shave the donor area (the side or back of the head). Since the recipient area is not shaved, this procedure is much more discreet, and after a few days there are virtually no visible traces of the operation. It is ideal for those who wish to discreetly improve their appearance.

Should I shave my head?
It is not necessary to shave your entire head.
Only the donor area is partially shaved. Is it a painful procedure?
The procedure is not painful, as it is performed under local anaesthetic. There may be slight discomfort and small scabs around the area where the transplant was performed, but these should disappear within a few days and can be controlled with common painkillers.
Who is the ideal candidate for this technique?
It is ideal for those who want to improve their appearance discreetly.
How many follicles can be extracted?
It will depend on the density of your donor area. There are no differences from the usual technique.
How many follicles do I need?
It depends on each case and the degree of hair loss.
How long does the procedure take?
Between 8 and 10 hours, depending on the number of follicles to be transplanted.
When can I return to work?
In one or two weeks, the treated areas will be healed and without visible marks.
Does it require special care?
Yes. We will give you written instructions and medication. During the first few days, you will need to wash your hair in a special way.
When will the hair start to grow?
Most of the transplanted hair will fall out in 3-4 weeks. From the third month onwards, it will start to grow back, becoming stronger over the following 12 months.
Will the implanted hair be permanent?
Yes. It grows naturally, and you can cut, style and treat it like the rest of your hair.
Will I have scars?
No. Unlike other techniques, the FUE technique leaves no visible marks. Each follicle is extracted with a millimetre punch.
Can I exercise afterwards?
Avoid exercise for at least the first 2 weeks. After that, you can do light physical activity. After a month, you can do intense exercise.
