Preguntas frecuentes
Am I a candidate?
Yes, if you have alopecia on the crown of your head and a sufficient donor area.
Is it a painful procedure?
The procedure is not painful, as it is performed under local anaesthetic. There may be slight discomfort and small scabs around the area where the transplant was performed, which should disappear within a few days and can be controlled with common painkillers.
Where is the hair extracted from?
From the side or back of the head (donor area).
Will I have scars?
No. Unlike other techniques, the FUE technique leaves no visible marks. Each follicle is extracted with a millimetre punch. Can I treat the crown and forehead at the same time? Yes, the follicles are distributed according to the needs of each area.
When can I resume my normal life?
After a few days, although relative rest is recommended during the first week.
Is the implanted hair permanent?
Yes. It grows naturally, and you can cut, style, and treat it like the rest of your hair.
When does the hair grow?
Growth begins between 3 and 6 months, with final results after one year.
Can I exercise afterwards?
Avoid intense exercise during the first week. Then you can gradually resume it.
